If you have a problem with IT in your store that doesn't have it's own article in the help desk (photo booth, store surveillance cameras, etc), send an email to it@breakoutgames.zendesk.com with the following information:
Subject: The device or system that has the issue
Describe the issue in as much detail as possible
List any steps you've taken to troubleshoot the issue
Include any pictures if necessary
If the issue prevents a game from being ran or affects customers, put "URGENT" in the subject
