If you have a problem with IT in your store that doesn't have it's own article in the help desk (photo booth, store surveillance cameras, etc), send an email to it@breakoutgames.zendesk.com with the following information:

  • Subject: The device or system that has the issue

  • Describe the issue in as much detail as possible

  • List any steps you've taken to troubleshoot the issue

  • Include any pictures if necessary

  • If the issue prevents a game from being ran or affects customers, put "URGENT" in the subject
